Welcome to my site!

My name is Malaika. I am a belly dancer based out of Des Moines, Iowa. I
am very excited to be able to share the wonderful world of belly dance with
all of you. Take off your shoes and stay awhile. New information will be
added often, so stop on back and see what I'm up to next!

What's New?

First weekend of June, Malaika with troupe Mystic Angels will be
performing at the Metaphysical Fair in DSM at the state fairgrounds.
Day and time TBA.
June 9, Malaika and the Mystic Angels are performing at the Fairy
Festival at Union Park Sat June 9. The festival is from 10am - 6pm.
Dance time TBA.
Malaika with the Mystic Angels will be performing at the White Eagle
Pow Wow Sat August 25 at Hawkeye Antique Acres in Waukee IA.
Time will be 6:30 pm, just before the evening Grand Entrance.
